In my role as Social Content Lead at Career Contessa, I was responsible for a blend of social media mangement and content creation, focusing primarily on Instagram Reels. From brainstorming to delivery, I handled every aspect of short-form video management – strategizing, scripting, filming, editing, and posting.

My approach? A mix of strategic planning and creativity, focusing on authentic problems encountered by audience and offering steps to solve them. Collaborating closely with the team, I ensured our content remained aligned with Career Contessa's mission of supporting individuals on their career journeys.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role was reading the comments and stories from our audience, witnessing firsthand how our content positively impacted their careers.

Led a full content revamp on Instagram and Reels, increasing Reels views to 5.5M in 2023 and a 110% YoY increase in video performance.
