We overhauled the store from the ground up with a focus on experience and conversion:
• Design System: Introduced a refined UI palette and scalable design framework with clean grids, neutral tones, and bold product photography.
• UX Improvements: Streamlined navigation and filtering to guide users through a high-end shopping experience. Mobile-first design ensures smooth checkout on any device.
• Content Architecture: Reorganised categories and added context to product pages, framing materials, artist info, provenance, building trust and value.
Impact
The store now functions as a true digital storefront for collectors. Bounce rate dropped by over 40%, and average time on product pages nearly doubled. Customer feedback specifically praised how “premium” and “professional” the site now feels.
