The design process began with thorough research, including interviews with citizens and government officials to understand communication challenges. Key pain points identified were the difficulty in reporting issues, lack of real-time feedback, language barriers, and the government’s struggle to verify and manage data.

To address these, the app incorporated geotagged reporting for precise issue tracking, secure verification to ensure authenticity, multi-language support for inclusivity, and a simplified interface to cater to all tech skill levels. Real-time feedback loops were added to build trust through status updates and notifications.

The result was a platform that effectively bridged the communication gap, promoting transparency, accountability, and active engagement between citizens and the government.
