Cannversity is a cannabis education and business support concept. The challenge was to make a complex, regulated category feel structured: education, advisory, tools, and community in one credible digital platform.
Public website across desktop and mobile: a calmer, more structured entry point into a category that can easily become noisy.
Turning strategy into a visible platform
The project was not just a homepage. It had to explain what Cannversity is, who it serves, and how education, consulting, tools, and community fit together without overwhelming the visitor.
Desktop scroll in motion: positioning, offer, content structure, and trust signals in one guided flow.
Offer architecture
The strongest work was in the structure: making the platform legible for different audiences - doctors, founders, operators, and people trying to understand the cannabis market without hype.
Service architecture: education, advisory, and business tools presented as one coherent product ecosystem.
Mobile proof
The platform needed to work as a mobile-first credibility check: clear category, clear promise, and enough structure to continue the conversation.
Mobile scroll in a horizontal phone frame, showing the live site without using an oversized portrait asset.
Role
I worked on the product positioning, platform structure, public website direction, responsive presentation, and the translation of strategic materials into a visible digital offer.
Stack
Public website, responsive frontend direction, product and offer architecture, strategic documentation, and Cloudflare in front of the live domain.
Result
A dormant but useful proof of builder range: a regulated-market education platform shaped from strategy into a real public-facing digital product.
