For over 150 years, the American Museum of Natural History has been a landmark institution for scientific discovery and education. To elevate their visitor experience for the modern age, we reimagined their entire digital ecosystem through extensive audience research. The redesigned website creates an intuitive journey from ticketing to in-museum exploration, while establishing a new foundation for science-based storytelling that reaches far beyond the museum walls. Through personalized touchpoints and digital wayfinding, we helped AMNH enhance their role as a global destination for natural history education.
