Overall Marketing Strategy: Develops and executes a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience, primarily comprising remote workers and digital nomads seeking coliving accommodations around the world.

Brand Development: Builds and nurtures the colive values brand, ensuring it resonates with the target market and sets the company apart from competitors (I.e. coliving.com, MapMelon, etc).

Market Research: Conducts market research to understand remote workers' and digital nomads' needs and preferences in the coliving space.

Content Marketing: Creates and oversees content creation, including blog posts, videos, social media, and other content that educates and engages the audience.

User Acquisition: Develops strategies for acquiring new users and customers to the platform which includes engaging in forum discussions, hosting webinars (Coliving Hub), attending in-person events, and more.

Partnerships and Collaborations: Identifies and partners with relevant businesses and influencers in the coliving and remote work sectors to increase reach and visibility.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behaviour and optimize the platform's design and user experience to improve conversion rates.

Tailored Email Marketing: Creates and manages hyper-personalized email marketing campaigns to engage with users and nurture new leads. Emphasis on developing strong relationships with the small user base that we have so we can build loyalty.

SEO and SEM: Optimizes the platform for search engines (blog posts, backlinks, etc.) and runs paid advertising campaigns (Facebook) to increase online visibility and attract traffic.

Product Refinement: Collaborates with the product team to identify features and enhancements that can drive growth and improve the user experience. Conducts user testing sessions to identify pain points, and then provides suggestions through designs on Figma.
