Brand Development: Builds and nurtures the colive values brand, ensuring it resonates with the target market and sets the company apart from competitors (I.e. coliving.com, MapMelon, etc).
Market Research: Conducts market research to understand remote workers' and digital nomads' needs and preferences in the coliving space.
Content Marketing: Creates and oversees content creation, including blog posts, videos, social media, and other content that educates and engages the audience.
User Acquisition: Develops strategies for acquiring new users and customers to the platform which includes engaging in forum discussions, hosting webinars (Coliving Hub), attending in-person events, and more.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identifies and partners with relevant businesses and influencers in the coliving and remote work sectors to increase reach and visibility.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behaviour and optimize the platform's design and user experience to improve conversion rates.
Tailored Email Marketing: Creates and manages hyper-personalized email marketing campaigns to engage with users and nurture new leads. Emphasis on developing strong relationships with the small user base that we have so we can build loyalty.
