Helix Centre Design Studio - part of Institute of Global Health Innovation. Working with healthcare professionals, NHS commissioners, insurance companies and people with life limiting diseases.
The Work
UX and product strategy for suite of services. NHS cost savings and insurance company revenues, as well as improving user experience for vulnerable people.
Also, designed a conversational, learning bot in conjunction with development team.
The Result
Amber Plans provided services direct to consumers, and to Imperial NHS Trust, including websites, app in the NHS app store, chatbots, and Voice bots.
