Spec / self-initiated synthetic operator

Problem

Group-travel inquiries become operations work when a generic lead form omits the facts that change vehicle and route decisions. This self-initiated Spec starts with the trip instead of a marketing promise.

Constraints

Use deterministic synthetic content, native editable HTML/CSS/JS/SVG, zero paid assets, and no fake operator, price, availability, review, map, booking, or business result.

Design system

The selected route-led structure mirrors Pickup → Date & time → Passengers → Luggage → Accessibility → Destination. The same route logic carries the page hierarchy, form sequence, capacity guidance, and manual-review handoff.

Interaction states

The artifact includes default, validation-recovery, accessibility-request, and demonstration-success states. Error copy names the cause and the correction; the success state repeats the synthetic request and states that nothing was sent.

Verified artifact QA

All 10 acceptance checks pass for the exact local artifact. Recorded browser checks cover 390, 768, and 1440 CSS pixels with no horizontal overflow or console errors; text contrast starts at 6.16:1 and reduced-motion behavior is preserved. These are artifact checks, not business outcomes.

Limitations

Self-initiated Spec for a synthetic operator. Front-end demonstration only; no data is sent. No live fare, availability, booking, map, CMS, payment, transport integration, client, commercial result, or production outcome is claimed.
