TimeFlow Dashboard Design

TimeFlow is a clean and modern time tracker dashboard designed to help teams manage project progress, tracked hours, budget usage, internal costs, invoices, and work item breakdowns in one organized SaaS interface. The dashboard brings together project analytics, budget monitoring, billable and non-billable hours, remaining budget, expense tracking, invoice status, and team productivity data into a highly readable workspace.

The design uses a light, minimal layout with soft cards, clean spacing, subtle borders, and clear visual hierarchy to make project data easier to scan. Key metrics such as total hours, budget remaining, internal costs, and uninvoiced amounts are placed directly under the project progress chart, allowing users to review performance quickly before diving deeper into work items, members, or invoices.

These features are structured to support project managers, agencies, freelancers, and teams who need better visibility over project performance.

The visual direction feels calm, professional, and lightweight. White surfaces, soft gray backgrounds, rounded cards, and subtle shadows create a clean SaaS dashboard experience. Blue, green, purple, and orange accents are used carefully to highlight important data points, progress indicators, financial metrics, and status updates without distracting from the main content.
