Client Research Project | Quantitative Research & Statistical Analysis

Completed a research project investigating the factors affecting project team performance in remote working environments. I worked on the research structure, literature review, quantitative analysis, statistical testing, interpretation, and final research reporting.

The project involved 21 survey participants and analysis using descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation, and ordinal regression.

The analysis examined factors including communication, collaboration, employee engagement, flexible work policies, technology, and leadership. The results were presented through statistical tables, charts, interpretation, and practical recommendations for improving remote project team performance.
