I - PROJECT OVERVIEW

Alex Green is a holistic life coach specialising in heling young adults manage stress and overwhelm with mindfulness and personal growth strategies. From first-hand experience, Alex comes to coaching with a deeply empathetic approach and differentiates herself with her unique way of making personal growth feel approachable, combining mindfulness techniques with actionable strategies.
THE CHALLENGE
Despite having clarity on her target audience, Alex struggled with getting new clients for her coaching business consistently. She wanted to focus on creating content to further build her audience and leverage her social following to generate leads but was lacking a solid system which helps to convert this traffic into paying clients.
THE SOLUTION
First, I developed a brand strategy by outlining Alex's unique positioning and messaging, neatly aligning it with the needs of her target audience. I then crafted a simple but effective visual identity that reflects her values and unique approach to coaching with a calm and serene tone representing her focus on mindfulness and empathetic approach to coaching.
After that, I created a single-page website that works both as a long-form sales page to convert new traffic directly from social media and as a stand-alone site to gain organic page visitors. This allows Alex to focus on growing her social media presence while still being discoverable through organic Google searches, so she doesn’t have to rely solely on her followers to win new clients.

II - BRANDING

For Alex's brand identity, I created a simple color palette with calm pastell colors and combined them with a friendly and inviting typeface to create a look that communicates empathy and growth - as these are the key elements to the approach of her coaching and the differentiation of her brand.

To create a cohesive online presence and foster a strong brand recognition across all touchpoints, I decided to align the website design very closely to the previously created identity for Alex's brand. With a clean and simple design throughout the entire page I ensured to convey the essence of Alex's coaching without any fuzz or distracting design elements.
To optimize the website for maximal conversions, I oriented the layout and section hierarchy of this single-page website on a sales page strategy, designed with the primary goal of converting website visitors by encouraging them to sign up for an initial consultation with Alex.

V - DEVELOPMENT

I developed this website using consistent, minimalistic animations to create a lively and engaging experience without overwhelming visitors with distracting or excessive motion. This approach encourages users to stay engaged as they scroll through the site.
