The Ask 🔎

Founded in 2012, Radiant Skin Dermatology and Laser set out to create a seamless dermatology experience — one designed with people at the centre.

As the company grew, expanding into new cities and increasing its services, the visual identity became complex, difficult to use, and failed to reflect the premium experience of the brand.

Figuring things out. 🤝

We began with an extensive brand audit and competitive analysis, identifying key challenges in the existing identity and opportunities for expansion. Each element of the identity was then aligned with the brand’s focus on delivering people-centred care.

The result is a sophisticated brand that is equally premium and human. A refined logotype, simplified colour palette, and expressive typographic system laid the foundation of the brand, while intimate photography of real people and accessible design language brought a personal touch to expand the visual system.

After locking into an overall brand direction, we set out to design a frictionless mobile-first eCommerce experience that merged with the brand vibe and convert the visitors into loyal customers.
