Provided a research report to the non-profit client on the most cost-effective upgrade to their bookkeeping/accounting/HR system. I went into detail answering all their critical questions.

At the end of the report, I also provided a breakdown matrix to showcase the findings in a quick format. This format provided the actual cost per month and cost savings per month.
