Framer eCommerce website made for performance sportswear brand

Performance sportswear doesn't have to shout. With Forgefit, I set out to challenge the loud, logo-heavy noise of the activewear market by creating an eCommerce experience rooted in "Quiet Performance Design." Using Framer's powerful CMS and animation capabilities, I built a template that trades flashy athletic branding for a stripped-back, considered, and confident personality. The goal was to create a space where gear disappears into the miles rather than competing with them, using restrained color, fluid motion, and modern typography to bridge the gap between craft and performance.

Market research: I conducted a deep dive into top-tier running and training brands. By analyzing their visual identities, I identified a gap in the market for a performance-first brand that uses restraint and craft to build trust, rather than logos and slogans to build hype.

Interface design (Figma): Before touching a line of code or a builder, I mapped out the entire user journey in Figma. This allowed for precise control over the typography, product photography grid, and a layout that balances "minimal" with "shoppable."

No code Development (Framer): I translated the high-fidelity Figma designs into a fully functional, responsive Framer template. I utilized Framer's CMS for product management across shoes, apparel, and accessories, layered in a journal for training and lifestyle content, and used its native animation engine to ensure the "feel" of the site was as premium as the "look."

The final delivery is a high-end, conversion-ready brand identity that successfully disrupts the "louder is better" aesthetic of the sportswear industry. By blending quiet craft with a sophisticated UI, Forgefit provides modern performance brands with a massive competitive advantage: the ability to be trusted.
