I led the product and impact strategy, shaping the assessment and its pathway from diagnosis through support and outcomes.
Outcomes and use
Reviewed with external ecosystem stakeholders including Decide DeKalb, the City of Chamblee, and the Better Business Bureau.
Used to structure readiness insights, dashboard reporting, and support-pathway decisions in small-business ecosystem work.
Designated as the baseline entry point for a live 6–12 business pilot testing the full Readiness-to-Outcomes workflow.
