Project Title: Buddhist Teaching Event in Kathmandu Role: Event Coordinator Description: I coordinated a large-scale international Buddhist teaching event, managing the logistics for 1,700 participants and 25 teachers over 22 days. Responsibilities included arranging travel and accommodations, overseeing visa processing, and negotiating with vendors for accommodations, transportation, and event services. I led a team of translators providing live translation into 9 languages and ensured the smooth execution of all activities. This project required extensive coordination across time zones, cultures, and languages, highlighting my ability to manage complex, international events efficiently.
