Project Title: International Pilgrimage Planning for Upaya Tours Role: Tour Coordinator Description: I organized and led multi-country pilgrimages for groups of up to 30 participants across Nepal and India. Responsibilities included managing all travel logistics, such as flights, ground transportation, and accommodations, as well as organizing cultural experiences and site visits to significant religious locations. I handled on-the-ground operations, coordinated with local guides, and ensured smooth transitions between locations. Additionally, I was responsible for negotiating with vendors for accommodations and transportation. This project required strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and seamless coordination across borders.
