Handshake

Handshake was created to ensure all college students have equal access to meaningful careers. In 2021, we were tasked by Handshake to generate real, dynamic, and tailored experiences across their social platforms to foster a supportive space that builds connections and inspires students’ future paths.

Our approach was twofold: first, deploy Instagram stories with native tools (Polls & Quizzes) to learn what students wanted to see as they prepared for their job hunt. We then created tailored content from these insights using platform specific features across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to develop interactive content with the ultimate goal of supporting and equipping students with helpful tools as they entered the workforce.
