Niagahoster is a web hosting service provider based in Yogyakarta and have supported over 3 million clients across Indonesia.

Over the past three months, user data analysis on the website shows that a significant number of users only get as far as the web hosting plan checkout stage but do not complete the payment. This pattern indicates an initial interest in purchasing the services, but certain factors or obstacles are preventing users from finalizing their transactions.

The goal given by Niagahoster to me was to enhance the overall checkout experience for users. By doing this, we aim to increase conversion rates, leading to higher sales and improved user satisfaction.
