Smartfren Shop is an e-commerce platform supported by PT Nuri Gaya Citra (Nuri), an Indonesian technology startup and joint venture between Smartfren and Whale Cloud Company.

In recent times, the company has been pushing for a broader selection of payment options to give users a more streamlined shopping experience. I had the opportunity to pitch my design concept to the company about the new cash-on-delivery feature which focuses on its convenience, trust, and security for users.
