Prospera - Referrals and Networking mobile app for Business owners.

A new referral and networking mobile app that allows service providers to grow their professional network by connecting with complementary businesses to send and receive referrals. I collaborated with a project manager, the development team, the client, and the client’s marketing team to build user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and establish a visual direction while leading the design process.

I gathered project details and goals from the stakeholders and built personas based on data collected through user interviews and competitive analysis insights. I used the personas and product requirements to create user flows and guide the design process of initial wireframes and final high-fidelity mockups. I delivered a style guide for the visual direction of the product and to create a cohesive look and feel throughout all app features.

It can be hard for new businesses to reach success when they don’t have established customers they can rely on to keep their business afloat, but it’s not only about customers but partnerships too. Finding the right contractor that fits your business and customers' needs can be time-consuming and difficult.

With no platform to track and manage information about referrals and connections with other service providers, this information is likely to be lost.

A mobile app that encourages connections within the professional field between complementary businesses while allowing business owners to keep track of sent and received referrals, and share and sync their network and referral with their team members.
