💡 Overview:

This aims to design and develop an app-based online booking platform for beauty and makeup services and a web-based platform in the upcoming phase.

Beautifi is a user-friendly and efficient platform that caters to the needs of customers seeking beauty and makeup services while providing business opportunities for service providers.

🚩 Pain Points:

After doing user research, taking reviews, and user surveys, I have found that users encounter challenges such as difficulty finding appointments, insufficient provider information, generic recommendations, complex payments, and communication issues in the existing beauty service platforms.
Users face frustration and wasted time due to difficulty finding available beauty appointments.
Comprehensive information about service providers is lacking, making informed decisions challenging for users.
The absence of personalized recommendations results in a generic and impersonal booking experience.
Complex and time-consuming payment process, leading to potential failures or errors.
Users struggle with communication and coordination issues with service providers, causing miscommunication, scheduling conflicts, and unmet expectations.

✅ Solution:

Implement a comprehensive beauty service platform featuring advanced search, enhanced provider profiles, personalized recommendations, streamlined payments, and in-app messaging for efficient communication.

📌 Key Objectives:

Create a search system for finding appointments easily based on date, time, location, and service type.
Enhance provider profiles with detailed expertise, certifications, ratings, and portfolios for informed choices.
Personalize beauty service suggestions using preferences, bookings, and reviews for an engaging experience.
Simplify payments with secure gateways, real-time updates, and efficient handling to boost user confidence.
