NORTH. | Fashion E-Commerce Website & Admin Dashboard

North is a fashion e-commerce platform, pairing a customer-facing storefront with a complete admin dashboard for managing products, orders, and customers.

The goal was to build a clean, conversion-focused clothing store for the Pakistani market — one that made browsing and buying effortless for shoppers, while giving the store owner a clear view of inventory, orders, and sales performance in one place.

I started by mapping the two halves of the product: the shopper journey (home → category → product → cart → checkout) and the operator journey (dashboard, orders, products, customers, reports). After wireframing both flows, I built a shared design system around a neutral black-and-tan palette so the storefront and admin panel would read as one product. Concepts were reviewed and refined before moving into the build.

The whole platform was designed and built in Webflow. The storefront covers a hero-driven homepage with category navigation and new arrivals, a category listing page with filtering by category, size, colour, and price range, and a detailed product page with an image gallery, variant selection, reviews, related products, and tabbed product information. Localised throughout for PKR pricing and local payment methods including Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.

The admin side includes a sales dashboard with revenue trends, top-selling products, and customer breakdowns, plus screens for orders with status tracking and filtering, product and inventory management with SKU and stock control, categories, customers, coupons, reviews, reports, and analytics. Webflow's CMS collections and reusable components kept the design system consistent across every page, with responsive breakpoints handled throughout.

The project was completed in approximately 4 weeks, from requirements and wireframes through concept approval and build.
