Schoolera

Schoolera is a complete school management platform that pairs a public-facing school website with an internal admin, student, and parent portal system.

The brief

The goal was to bring the entire school experience under one roof — a marketing site that helps parents discover the school and start an admission enquiry, and a management system that handles everything after that: students, staff, attendance, exams, fees, and reporting.

Process

I started by mapping the two sides of the product separately — the public journey (home, programs, admissions, contact) and the authenticated journey (admin dashboard, student progress reports, parent portal). After wireframing both flows, I built a shared design system of navy, amber, and accent-coloured cards so the website and the dashboards would read as one product. Concepts were reviewed and refined before moving into the build.

Build

The whole platform was designed and built in Framer. The public site covers the homepage, program listings, an admission enquiry form with a four-step process breakdown, a registration success flow, and a contact page. The portal side includes a super-admin dashboard with enrollment, admission, attendance, and fee-collection analytics, plus modules for user management, academics, examinations, assignments, transport, and library, and a student progress report with subject-wise performance, term exam history, attendance summaries, and teacher remarks. Framer's components and variants kept the design system consistent across every screen, with responsive breakpoints handled throughout.

Timeline

The project was completed in approximately 4 weeks, from requirements and wireframes through design approval and build.
