I’m engaged by ACB Ideas to optimize their digital product ecosystem on Kajabi. The goal is simple and focused: turn high-volume traffic from multiple channels into clearer funnels and more predictable sales. I do this by finding and fixing leaks, improving on-page experiences, tightening messaging to match buyer intent, and making sure the technical integrations work together so experiments produce reliable data.

The Challenge & My Role

ACB Ideas attracts substantial attention across channels, but that attention doesn’t consistently become purchases. The path from discovery to checkout needs clearer navigation, better segmentation of visitors, and product pages designed to convert. I diagnose the specific friction points across the funnel, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and own the end-to-end execution required to improve outcomes — from hypothesis to implementation to measurement.

Key Pages & Components

Landing Pages: Audit and refine headline clarity, offer framing, and conversion paths so each landing page communicates the next best step and reduces decision friction.
Product & Checkout Flows: Improve Kajabi product pages, lead magnets, and checkout steps to reduce drop-off by simplifying flows, clarifying value, and removing unnecessary friction in the buy path.
Segmentation & Personalization: Use Kit and ScoreApp to qualify visitors, deliver the most relevant next steps, and improve downstream conversion rates through better personalization and product recommendations.
Integration Points: Ensure Kajabi, Kit, ScoreApp, and analytics are aligned so data flows cleanly, tracking is reliable, and decision-making is based on accurate signals rather than guesswork.

The Process

Assess — I perform a data-first review of traffic channels, funnel flows, offer clarity, and technical health to identify where visitors drop and why.
Prioritize — I build a ranked backlog of improvements, focusing first on quick wins and the changes with the highest estimated ROI.
Implement — I make the necessary design and development changes on Kajabi and adjust integrations so the experience and the data architecture match the intended funnel.
Test — I measure lift from changes using controlled tests, validate hypotheses, and collect the metrics needed to decide what to keep.
Repeat — I reassess priorities regularly, scale successful variations, and fold learnings back into the roadmap so improvements compound over time.

Impact & Expectations

I deliver clear insight into what’s actually driving sales, cleaner funnels that convert at higher rates, and an accountable partner who moves prioritized experiments and improvements from diagnosis to measurable outcome. I can’t guarantee a specific revenue number — results depend on product, offer, audience, and platform variables — but I will reliably surface high-leverage opportunities and execute the work necessary to test and scale them.
