This project involved designing an Annual Sales Performance Dashboard using Zoho Analytics, focusing on visualizing key sales metrics for the year. The data source was a Zoho CRM Sample Data Source, simulating a real-world environment. In the actual client project, additional modules, including geographical sales distribution and conversion rate analysis, were incorporated, which could not be replicated with the sample data.

Sales Trend Analysis: Visual representation of revenue generated by each salesperson over the year, helping to identify sales patterns and monitor performance against the target.
Target Revenue Tracking: A progress bar showcasing how current sales figures align with the annual revenue target.
Revenue Breakdown by Status: A pie chart displaying the distribution of revenue across various sales statuses—Open, Won, and Lost—providing a clear snapshot of current opportunities.
Scheduled Call Insights: A detailed table that lists scheduled calls by each salesperson, showing their status and frequency, helping the team to stay organized and track engagement efforts.
Revenue by Salesperson: A comprehensive table presenting total revenue data segmented by salesperson, giving visibility into individual contributions and achievements.

Revenue by Salesperson - A bar chart to compare the sales figures across the team.
Target Revenue Meter - Displays the achievement status against the yearly goal.
Annual Revenue Distribution - A pie chart showcasing the distribution of Open, Won, and Lost deals.
Call Scheduling Overview - Table of scheduled calls with status tracking to manage ongoing communication.
This dashboard, based on sample data, showcases my expertise in leveraging Zoho Analytics to provide impactful sales insights. In the real-world scenario, the dashboard was expanded with additional features such as Sales by Region and Conversion Rate Analysis, which enhanced the client’s ability to make data-driven decisions, streamline their sales strategies, and achieve better visibility into sales performance.
