A client needed a more sophisticated lead allocation system than what Zoho CRM's standard features offered. They required a priority-based round-robin distribution that could assign leads based on specific user priorities, resetting once a set quota was met.

I developed a custom solution that allowed precise control over lead distribution based on user priority:

John Doe - Priority 1 - Max Leads: 5
Jane Doe - Priority 2 - Max Leads: 3
Once Jane reaches her limit, the system resets, and assignments start with John again.
