The result is Kyval, a modern and cost-effective web-based app designed specifically for office mangers and those handling patient information at healthcare practices across the US.

Driven By Search

One of the key features to the Kyval experience is its search-led experience. Users can quickly look up patient information based on a variety of search terms, including name, date of birth, identification number, and more—all within a single input field.

Unlike most software and apps seen in doctors offices, Kyval is designed with modern simplicity in mind. The clean interface is inspired by the world’s leading SaaS products and driven by user insights.





Multi-Practice Support

A key learning during discovery is that some users may work for more than one healthcare practice. For a more seamless experience, multi-practice support was built-in to grant those users access to multiple patient databases with ease.





Built-In Document Viewer

The native document viewer allows users to open, read, download, and print stored documents without leaving the app or the need to use desktop applications. This was a featured that resonated with users seeking a more efficient way to move through documents.
