To simplify content management for the Bestmates team, I implemented a custom automation workflow connecting Notion to the site’s CMS collections. This setup allows the team to add or edit content—like group trips and destination guides—directly in Notion, a tool they’re already comfortable using.

Efficiency: Automated syncing from Notion to Webflow ensures changes are reflected on the site in real time, saving hours of manual work

To further simplify data collection and user engagement, I replaced Webflow’s native forms with Tally forms, which are seamlessly embedded into the site. This change empowers the team to:
