Reimagining a complex financial experience into a clear, scalable product interface.
FinBoard is a financial management experience built around a simple idea — give users a clear understanding of their financial health without making them work through complex data.
The challenge was to bring balances, income, expenses, savings, reports, and transactions together while maintaining a clear visual hierarchy.
Bringing clarity to financial data
Financial products naturally contain a lot of information. The focus here was not to remove that complexity, but to organize it in a way that feels effortless to navigate.
The transaction experience uses structured data, filtering, search, and clear status indicators to help users move from overview to detail quickly.
One place for the entire financial picture
The wallet extends the experience beyond simple balance tracking.
Cash, investments, available funds, crypto activity, and recent transactions are brought together into a single workspace, giving users a more complete view of their financial position.
Designing detail without adding friction
When users need to go deeper, the interface shifts from overview to detail without changing the overall visual language.
Payment, customer, merchant, and payout information are grouped into clear sections, making dense information easier to scan.
A financial product is not only about data. Users also need control over their personal information and account.
The profile experience keeps these controls simple and accessible, while maintaining consistency with the broader product.
Notifications were treated as part of the product experience rather than just another settings page.
Users can control financial alerts, balance notifications, communication preferences, and visual preferences based on what matters to them.
The Result
A financial experience designed around clarity, control, and scalability.
The final system brings together financial overview, transactions, wallet management, account settings, and notifications into one cohesive product experience.
The focus throughout the design was to make a data-heavy financial product feel clear, approachable, and easy to navigate.
