Terra Marine Adventure Co. – Meta Ads Campaign

Overview

Terra Marine Adventure Co., based in Cairns, offers adrenaline-packed Jet Ski Tours and Croc Spotting Tours, giving visitors a unique way to experience Far North Queensland. They wanted to reach new audiences through engaging paid social campaigns that captured the thrill of their tours while standing out in a crowded tourism market.

Goal

The goal was to repurpose existing raw footage into a fresh set of Meta ads designed for split testing. The content needed to maximize reach, engagement, and bookings by testing different creative approaches, including fun, pop culture–driven hooks.

Challenges

The available footage was raw and static, with limited variety.
Tourism ads can often feel generic, making it difficult to stand out in a feed full of adventure and travel content.
Needed to find a way to reframe existing clips into multiple engaging stories without additional shoots.

Outcome / Solution

I transformed the client’s existing video library into a series of high-energy social ads with alternate hooks for split testing.
Creative variety: Incorporated iconic pop culture audio soundbites, such as Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift, to grab attention and create instant recognition.
Smart editing: Re-cut and re-framed existing shots with dynamic pacing, captions, and motion graphics to make the content feel fresh.
Performance focus: Delivered multiple variations of ads so the client could test and optimize for the best-performing creatives.
The campaign gave Terra Marine a scalable content library tailored for Meta ads, helping them stand out online and drive stronger awareness and bookings without the need for new shoots.
