Project Overview

TuluPurse is a SaaS solution within the Tulupay Ecosystem, designed to help individuals and businesses in Africa seamlessly manage multiple fiat currencies. The platform allows users to save, transact, and manage traditional currencies effortlessly while avoiding the inefficiencies and high fees of traditional banking systems.

My Role in the Project

As the Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for:

End-to-End Design Process: I took the project from ideation to prototype, ensuring the final product was user-friendly and efficient.

User Research & UX Strategy: I researched to understand the target audience's pain points and designed a solution that simplified multi-currency management.

UI/UX Design: I created an intuitive and visually appealing interface that made the platform easy to navigate.

Collaboration with Developers: I worked closely with the development team to bring the design to life and ensure seamless implementation.

Usability Testing & Iteration: I gathered user feedback and made iterative improvements to enhance usability.

The Problem I Solved

Managing multiple fiat currencies in Africa is often:

Challenges I Faced & How I Overcame Them

2. Ensuring Transaction Security

3. Reducing High Transaction Fees

Challenge: Traditional banking fees made multi-currency transactions expensive. Solution: I worked with the team to implement a cost-effective transaction model, eliminating unnecessary middlemen.
