Exploring purinergic signalling genes in pancreatic cancer
This work is part of the elife publication: Purinergic GPCR-integrin interactions drive pancreatic cancer cell invasion
By analysing several public datasets related to pancreatic cancer, I predicted interesting purinergic targets to further explore experimentally in the lab. You can see some of the figures below:
