Automatic Microscopy Image Analysis
This work was developed for the ONCOGENOMA Lab from Universitat Jaume I (Spain).
A custom ImageJ macro was designed to count glioblastoma cells and colonies automatically in a variety of wells (6, 24 and 96-well plates).
