Project Management & Team Collaboration Dashboard

A widget-based dashboard for teams who juggle tasks, meetings, and deadlines in one place. The home view opens with a bold yellow "Today" card showing the active date, the current Task Collaboration session, and how many teammates have joined. Right beside it, a compact to-do list with avatar stacks shows who owns each task at a glance. On the right, a Reminder widget lines up daily activities by time, while the Team Collaboration panel shows who's online and what they're working on. Every widget is designed as a modular card, so the layout stays calm even when there's a lot going on. Designed in both light and dark mode, with a single warm accent to guide attention to what matters today.

Modern teams lose hours every week switching between tools. Tasks live in one app, meetings in another, reminders in a calendar, and team updates in endless chat threads. Managers have no single place to see what's happening today, who's available, and which tasks are falling behind. Most project tools either overwhelm users with dense tables and settings, or are too simple to handle real collaboration across multiple projects. Zigma needed a dashboard that brings everything together and makes the day feel organized at first glance.

The Approach Positioning & Narrative: We positioned [Product Name] not as another to-do app, but as a daily command center for teams. The experience is built around three pillars: Plan, Collaborate, and Review. Instead of digging through multiple tools, users can see today's priorities, upcoming meetings, and team activity from one screen. Visual System & Layout Execution:

Today Card: A high-contrast yellow card anchors the dashboard with the date, time, active collaboration session, and a quick view of participants.

Smart To-Do List: Tasks are listed with owner avatars and completion states, so users know what's next and who's responsible without opening a single task.

Reminder & Daily Activities: A time-based list keeps daily routines and meetings visible, paired with a large date widget for instant orientation.

Team Collaboration Panel: Shows who's online, their latest activity, and lets users jump straight into a conversation.

Project Overview: A weekly breakdown (Mon–Thu) displays task counts, status (On Going / Done), and priority level (High / Low), alongside tabs for Detailed Reports and Real-Time Notifications.

AI Chat: A built-in assistant helps users customize the dashboard, task categories, project stages, and notifications to fit their team's workflow.

Performance Insight: A simple efficiency metric highlights estimated hours saved, giving teams a clear sense of progress.

A closer look at the dark mode widgets. Soft contrast, rounded cards, and consistent spacing keep the Detailed Report and AI Chat readable during long working sessions, while the same component system carries over seamlessly from light mode.
