The project's primary goal was to efficiently replicate a Webflow-based website into WordPress, with a specific focus on showcasing and selling Notion templates. The objective was to recreate all website elements, including various pages, custom post types, and design elements, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining functionality and user experience.
Solution
To achieve this goal, I meticulously replicated each element from the original Webflow site into a WordPress environment.
This included all pages, product categories, individual product listings (both premium and free), blog sections, video lessons, tools, contact, general information, affiliates, sponsorship, and e-commerce-related pages like checkout and cart.
To maintain flexibility and control, I leveraged Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for custom field management across different sections such as Products, Categories, Posts, Lessons, and Tools.
Additionally, Custom Post Types (CPT) were implemented using CPT UI, specifically for Notion Tools and Lessons. The result was a seamless transition to WordPress, preserving the website's functionality and design while offering easy content management and scalability.
I ensured that the client's satisfaction was prioritized throughout the project and welcomed feedback to meet their specific needs effectively.
