Jonny Lew is a talented photographer that focuses on nature photos. I first came across his photos on Pexels, where I noticed he had an amazing, most unique, and beautiful collection of butterfly shots. I was inspired to collect them all, and create a collection page dedicated to just his butterfly photos.

A collection page dedicated to the jaw-dropping butterfly photos our photographer is known for. The goal was to showcase his professional skills, expertise, and of course, the absolute wonder of nature's tiniest, most delicate, winged creatures.

Let's talk butterflies. This collection page was all about paying homage to the delicate beauty of these winged wonders and showcasing the incredible talent behind the lens of our talented photographer.

Now you might ask, why a collection page for JUST butterflies, and not include some of his other great photos? The answer is, to avoid distraction. A collection page for one topic helps not only keep the website organized, but it also increases the attraction and clarity to visitors who could be either seeking or exploring the site. It highlights the strengths and uniqueness that every collection can offer and show it to their viewers in all it’s glory.

To create a visual feast fit for our exalted butterfly empire, I embarked on a journey of color exploration. Until I realized, the answer laid within nature itself (DEEP, I know!). The one thing that can go well with all sorts of greens and reds is trusty classic brown. The supreme color of earth, sand and mud. Eventually, I settled on earthy, low saturation, almost pastel-like hues, that perfectly complemented the natural and calming aesthetic I wanted to evoke. But wait, that's not all! To give it that extra UMPH, I sprinkled in subtle hints of gold to add a touch of magic—a bit of sparkle to elevate the visual appeal. Mhmm.. it turned out pretty great
