Client's Goal for the Project: Brighter Academy, the training department for the agency channel of Sun Life, a Canadian insurance company, aimed to revolutionize their training programs by creating an engaging, comprehensive, and progressive training roadmap. The goal was to enhance the skills and knowledge of their agents, guiding them from beginners to experts in a structured and motivating manner, akin to the transformation of a pawn to a queen in chess.

Contribution to the Project: I undertook a comprehensive design and development project for Brighter Academy, which included: - Crafted vibrant, informative posters to be displayed across training centers, vividly illustrates the training journey using the chess metaphor. The poster serves as an inspirational piece, showcasing the different stages of an agent’s development, from initial recruitment (pawn) to becoming a top-performing agent (queen). - Developed a sleek and professional deck layout for training, ensuring consistency in branding, clarity in content, and engaging visuals. This included slide templates for various topics and interactive elements to enhance agents participation. - This roadmap visually tracks their progression from pawn to queen, providing a clear overview of their current status and upcoming milestones. The design includes checkpoints, achievements, and rewards to motivate agents at every step.

Summary of the Project's Success: The newly designed materials received positive feedback from both trainers and agents. The updated layouts made training sessions more interesting and productive, and the progress roadmap, which was more visually appealing and imaginative than the typical dull roadmap, gave agents a clear route to follow. By leveraging the chess metaphor, Brighter Academy's new training roadmap not only enhanced the skills and knowledge of their agents but also fostered a sense of strategic thinking and long-term career development.
