Victory is an online betting platform that focuses on the experience of the user. Their goal is to compete with a much larger companies in Serbia in that industry, and they have been successful in that goal. By analysing their competition and pain points of their users, they created a new platform that gained a lot of users fast.

My role encompassed creating various design assets and solutions for brands, including graphics, animations, motion graphics, videos, and print materials. I leveraged my skills in both design and development to automate the design process, streamlining workflows and saving valuable time.

One of my notable achievements was the creation of automated templates that integrated with Excel data, significantly reducing the time required to produce videos and static visuals. This automation not only improved efficiency but also enhanced the overall quality and consistency of deliverables.

I also contributed to enhancing the user experience (UX) and overall quality of the product and website as a product designer. By combining my knowledge and skills in design and new technologies, I made valuable contributions to the UX/UI improvements and the success of the project.

In addition to my design responsibilities, I actively collaborated with the QA team, assisting in testing the website components that involved design assets. This contribution ensured a seamless integration between design and functionality, resulting in a polished end product.

I also achieved significant accomplishments, such as improving the quality of GDN campaigns by quickly creating animated banners and finding innovative ways to automate work processes, saving time and resources for the company.

In summary, my role as a senior brand designer on this project involved a range of tasks spanning design, development, automation, product enhancement, and collaboration with the QA team. Through my contributions, I played a pivotal role in achieving exceptional results and delivering high-quality visual solutions.
