The brief was to turn grey clay 3D animations of the Kosmos Torso NXT handheld ultrasound probe into finished product shots. Each shot had to keep the exact motion and framing of the clay version, with the product's real colours, texture and logo.
How it was made
Motion in 3D. Clay animations from 3ds Max lock the camera, timing and product motion before any AI work.
Real product keyframes. Stills of the actual probe, composited on a navy-to-white gradient, became the start and end frames.
AI enhancement. Seedance 2.5 and Kling generated the finals, with the clay clips as motion reference. Drafts first, then 1080p finals.
Edit. A 30-second promo cut in Premiere Pro, with clay vs AI split screens and music generated in ElevenLabs, delivered in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.
The result keeps the control of a 3D animation and gets a finished look without a full material and lighting pipeline.
