A SaaS B2B or D2C platform to connect the merchants to the buyers and help them to do commerce.
Definition of Buyers (Customer Site): A buyer in wholesale is a person or company that purchases goods from manufacturers or distributors and sells them to retailers or other businesses. Buyers typically have a wide range of responsibilities, including: Sourcing products, Negotiating prices, Managing inventory, Providing customer service
Definition of Merchants: A merchant in wholesale is a person or company that buys goods from manufacturers and sells them to retailers, other wholesalers, or industrial users. Merchant wholesalers take title to the goods they sell, which means they assume financial responsibility for them. They typically operate from warehouses or office locations and may ship from their own inventory or arrange for the shipment of goods directly from the supplier to the client.

What are the needs that drive the business owner to develop this product?

Creating a realistic and immersive 3D experience: This is a technical challenge that requires expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation. The goal is to create a website that allows customers to interact with products in a way that is as close to real life as possible. 
Optimizing the website for mobile devices: 3D e-commerce websites can be very data-intensive, which can make them slow to load on mobile devices. It is important to optimize the website for mobile devices to ensure that customers have a good experience.
Managing inventory: When selling products directly to customers, it is important to have a good system for managing inventory. This includes tracking stock levels, ensuring that products are shipped on time, and handling returns.

User personas we discovered through qualitative research and ethnographic field studies

From this study, we could further segment our main user into four groups: The Convenience SeekerThe Quality ConnoisseurThe Trend-Setter and The Value-Seeker. We also broke down the users by their attributes, pain points, motivations, goals and responsibilities.

How to get started with site structure

Homepage: The homepage should be the first thing that customers see when they visit your website. It should be visually appealing and easy to navigate. The homepage should also include a call to action, such as a button that encourages customers to browse your products or sign up for your email list.
Product pages: Each product page should have a high-quality 3D model of the product. Customers should be able to rotate the model, zoom in and out, and view it from different angles. The product page should also include information about the product, such as its price, size, and color options.
Shopping cart: The shopping cart should be easy to use and understand. Customers should be able to add products to their cart, remove products from their cart, and update the quantity of products in their cart.
Checkout: The checkout process should be simple and secure. Customers should be able to enter their shipping and billing information, choose a payment method, and place their order.
Customer support: It is important to provide excellent customer support to D2C customers. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing feedback

Virtual reality (VR): VR can be a great way to give customers a truly immersive shopping experience. With VR, customers can put on a headset and walk around a virtual store, interact with products, and get a sense of how the products would look in their own home.
