The Scope Mobile App design was a comprehensive project aimed at empowering educators through an innovative LMS EdTech platform. The objective was to support educators in managing their daily tasks and accessing teaching resources effectively. Through detailed research, ideation, design, and testing processes, the user experience was enhanced, and the app's usability was optimized for educators nationwide.

Designed a screener survey and recruited participants on social media platforms to gather teacher insights.

Conducted in-depth interviews with 5 teachers to understand their work lives and challenges.

Created affinity maps, empathy maps, and user personas to organize findings and understand user perspectives.

Developed "How Might We" statements based on research insights.

Brainstormed solutions using the Crazy 8's method. Prioritized user needs by creating user stories. Designed a site map to visualize app navigation and user flows.

Sketched initial ideas for app screens.

Created low-fidelity wireframes to outline app structure and layout.

Developed a mood board and style guide to define the app's visual identity.

Designed high-fidelity wireframes iteratively to refine the user interface.

Conducted usability testing with 5 educators using a prototype. Identified usability issues and gathered feedback through user testing.

Analyzed findings and proposed redesign solutions. Implemented redesign recommendations to improve usability and user experience.
