The client hired me to manage Facebook and Google starting in the fourth quarter of 2023. I leveled up the digital advertising for this business and increased the revenue by 300%
In the last quarter of 2023, we made half a million!!! I exceeded the client's expectations, which were around $200K.
During that period, I launched more than 50 different creatives for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and many general ads.
One of my strengths is that I can deliver competitive and high-quality images, videos, and ad copies.
🚀What has been changed/ How do I develop a strategy that works?
The client conducted numerous tests across various ad sets and campaigns, utilizing ABO. Their approach involved only 3-4 creatives, aiming to test diverse audiences with minimal ad variation. However, some audience segments were either too large or too small, failing to exhaust their allocated budget.
📈 Upon assuming management of the ads, I prioritized current marketing trends and delved into analyzing existing creatives to discern the most effective types and designs. This analysis led to the development and launch of a fresh set of image and video ads.
📈 In terms of campaign strategy, I consolidated successful audience segments into a single campaign utilizing CBO. This consolidation integrated both proven and new ads, ensuring a coherent and efficient advertising approach.
📈 I also introduced broad campaign and advantage + shopping campaigns, promoting the new creatives, that resulted in increased purchases.
📈 When I hit the winning audiences I continued to develop tailored ad content for events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
📈 Ongoing analysis of winning ads guided iterative improvements, with feedback provided to designers for subsequent rounds of creative development.
📈 While I explored various campaign structures and Facebook settings, the primary focus remained on enhancing creative quality.
The outcomes were unavoidable.
