About the product

UniNow ChatSport helps improving the sports course management experience for universities and students. This is NDA project. Currently, one of the universities in Germany is using here I have attached the link. There are more universities started to use it.



My role

UX/UI designer in charge of meetings with customers, research, usability testings, information architecture, wireframing and design prototyping.

Main project goal

Tack Universities in Germany often struggle to efficiently manage and offer sports courses to their students. Project, ChatSport, aims to address outdated, not user-friendly, or lack essential features for both administrators and students by providing a user-friendly platform for booking sports courses, handling payments, and maintaining participant lists.
