How we redefined SEO Insights with User-Centered Design?

Our design process for Crable, an advanced SEO tool, revolved around user-centricity. We began with in-depth user research, engaging with SEO professionals, SMBs, and digital marketers to uncover their pain points in web crawling, website analysis, and optimization. Key insights revealed the need for streamlined workflows, visually intuitive data presentations, and actionable insights.

Based on this, we crafted a design strategy prioritizing simplicity and clarity. We employed a modular layout to enhance navigability, integrating features like detailed backlinks analysis, keyword tracking, and performance auditing in intuitive dashboards. Design decisions were heavily influenced by user feedback; for example, color-coded graphs and interactive charts were implemented to improve data interpretation.

The result is a seamless and aesthetically pleasing interface, empowering users to optimize their websites efficiently while making data-driven decisions. Crable reflects our commitment to creating designs that align with user needs, foster engagement, and elevate the overall experience.

To give Crable a unique identity, we chose a friendly crab mascot instead of the traditional spider commonly associated with web crawling. This decision stemmed from a deliberate effort to stand out in the crowded SEO tool market. The crab symbolizes Crable’s precision and adaptability, qualities akin to navigating complex data landscapes.

By associating the mascot with the ocean, we drew a parallel between the vast, interconnected web of the internet and the expansive depths of the ocean. Just as crabs explore the ocean floor with methodical care, Crable meticulously analyzes websites to uncover valuable insights. This playful yet meaningful choice adds personality to the brand while reinforcing its core mission: delivering clarity and efficiency in navigating digital complexities.
