🏗️ The Challenge

Caupamat needed an innovative solution to optimize their sales process for BTP equipment. The objective was to create adaptive software that could recommend products tailored to specific client needs, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🔍 Discovery & Research

To understand the unique challenges:
User Interviews: Engaged with sales representatives to identify pain points and gather insights.
Field Observations: Observed real-world interactions to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

🎨 Design & Ideation

With a clear understanding of user needs, I moved into design:

Wireframes & Prototypes: Created wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, focusing on intuitive navigation and adaptability.

🧪 Testing & Refinement

To ensure the design met user expectations:
Usability Testing: Conducted sessions with real users to gather feedback and refine the design.
Iterative Design Process: Continuously improved designs based on user input, ensuring a seamless experience.
