Designed Producer Flow, a new compliance platform that helps U.S. insurance carriers track licenses and stay connected to NIPR.

Over several months, I led the design efforts to create Producer Flow from scratch. I defined the product’s structure, interface, and user experience alongside product, engineering, and insurance compliance experts. The main goal was to enable insurance carriers to automate license tracking and stay compliant by integrating with NIPR. The design process involved shaping core workflows, like producer onboarding, license validation, and team management, with a strong focus on clarity and regulatory confidence.
