Le Vieux Pin needed help crafting email content that resonated with their audience and kept subscribers engaged.
The Spark ✨
There were lots of opportunities in this project. I suggested launching different sequences for welcome emails and wine club emails as well as adding variety to their emails to include more lifestyle-focused email content and stronger CTAs.
Through email, we wanted to tell a story that is easy to read and concise as well. This was an opportunity to change the tone of voice that has been used in their email copy prior and to shorten the content.

Timeline: 2 months
Deliverables:
• Open rate increased from 38% to an average of 60% within the first two months
• First-time subscribers grew by 12% in 4 months
• CTR improved by 8% in 2 months
Nicole is an expert in emails. She knows how to weave a story and organize email content with goals in mind. She is always ready to discuss new ideas and implement changes to emails as soon as she sees something that could be done better. She has helped us launch a welcome email series and wine club email series that has helped in our sales and in building our community tremendously.
