Refugio is a holistic center where individuals of all ages find a sanctuary for connection and emotional rejuvenation. Process & Goals: The creative process involves identifying the core values of the brand and connecting them with nature and its symbols. The goal is to create a brand strategy and design that separates the concept of psychology and therapy from the typical white, scary place to a refuge where people can connect and feel safe to explore their emotions, bringing color and the concept of growth to the brand.

Creative Direction

We crafted a custom typeface for the primary logo and incorporated a dandelion to symbolize growth and change. The dandelion has a central point from which all its branches emerge, representing the individual at the core and everything that comprises their identity in the branches—branches that fall and undergo transformation. The stem originates from the letter 'G,' symbolizing our interconnectedness as human beings within a community and society that contribute to our development. Lastly, the lower branches serve as the refuge for the individual.
