We designed a standards and benchmarking platform to support typically lean HR and People teams with limited capacity enabling them to adopt the necessary change that will support both engagement and retention of women in tech jobs. The design also utilises levers that drive accountability and transparency across ecosystem peers. The project was done with support from major tech companies in Australia such as Canva and Atlassian.
